So If you finish with that project I would be interested in buying depending on price. But I think it looks better for the customer, an electronic box that connects to the pump :). Right now, we went to a crashed cars deposit and bought the ECM and wiring harness of a LUV Dmax and we test in this way the pumps on the test bench. Just checking for delivery rates and make myself a calibration sheet according to each vehicle. As no equipment has been developed yet to test the CAN part of the pump, I have been testing only the mecanical part. I think you cant test pump via PSG5 with this eqipment.You can test mechanical and the work of the solenoid valves, BUT you cant drive pump via the CAN line, so you cant test PSG5 electronics.įor the testing/simulating pump via CAN line, just like bosch 815 bench, we are now making software wich will work with specific hardware interface.It will test just like the bosch 815 rig, only with out programing.We will be ready after about two months, there is a lot of programing job to be done.
